These Terms of Service govern your use of cybertechdigitals.com and any services provided by Cybertech Digitals. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide technology services including software, web, mobile, AI, cloud, security, design and marketing. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
2. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Fixed-price projects are paid in milestones as set out in the proposal. Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may pause work.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, access and approvals. Delays in these may affect timelines.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, including source code, designs and content. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools and libraries and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential information private. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.
6. Warranties and support
We fix defects reported within the support period stated in your proposal at no cost. Third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways and app stores are subject to their own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion and, if unresolved, by the courts of Lagos State.
